Visiting

Visitor Guidelines as of 17 November 2022

Surgical Wards:

No visitor restrictions are in place however all visitors must wear a mask while in the hospital at all times – this includes while in patient rooms (you may be asked to leave if you do not comply with this requirement)

Cardiac/ICU Wards:

Strictly no visiting between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm

Cardiology Day Unit

  • One support person per patient (at the discretion of unit staff)

Admission and Discharge Unit and Pre-Admission Clinic

Patients may have one support person accompany them

London Zonal hospital's Cancer Care Centre

Clinic appointments:   One support person may accompany a patient during a clinic or education sessions
Chemotherapy suite:   No support people
Radiation suite:           No support people  

London Zonal hospital's Eye Care

Patients may have one support person accompany them during their visit

Maternity

No adult visitor restrictions. Siblings are the only child visitors allowed.  Note:  All visitors must wear a mask while in the hospital at all times - this includes while in women's rooms 


You should not visit if you are COVID-19 positive and have not completed your isolation period, or have cold or flu like symptoms, even if you are testing negative for COVID-19

  • Good hand hygiene should be practiced
  • Masks must be worn at all times
